Fire Business Strategies brings together a team of cannabis professionals to develop and implement data-driven solutions for the cannabis industry.

The brainchild of cannabis attorney Aaron Tucker and seasoned cannabis specialist Andrew Mahoney, Fire’s mission is to make cannabis business straightforward, efficient, and profitable for our partners. We do this by marrying a people-first approach with a knowledge-and-data-driven suite of solutions, all focused on simplifying the complexities of cannabusiness through planning, education, training, and implementation.

Founded on the principles that cannabis should be accessible, safe, and lucrative, our ethos is one of holistic business health. We approach consulting as a long-term relationship, with everything that comes with; careful communication, enthusiastic collaboration, and shared success. Aaron Tucker

Aaron Tucker set a goal in 2017; become a first-of-a-kind, cannabis-focused, entrepreneurship-driven business attorney. He did just that, graduating from University of Colorado, Boulder’s Colorado Law School in 2020 with an unprecedented amalgam of certifications and experience that led to his rapid rise in the cannabis industry, notably as licensing manager at Trulieve where he spearheaded a number of successful licensing campaigns, and assisted in overall operational compliance. He has brought that visionary ethos to Fire Business Strategies as Managing Partner, heading our innovations in operations management while interfacing with client firms and cannabis professionals across the US.

Andrew Mahoney

Andrew Mahoney’s love affair with the business of cannabis started in the downtown Boulder, Colorado cannaboutique he would eventually manage while studying at CU Boulder. Since then, Andrew has amassed a formidable repertoire of cannabis knowledge, with practical experience in more operational processes than the vast majority of cannabis professionals will ever hope to touch, ranging from retail management & sales to ethanol, CO2, & icewater hashmaking, expansion feasibility studies & consultation, and cannabis wholesale, automated concentrate and flower packaging, and even craft cultivation techniques, for good measure.
